I am a member of tupelofreecycle and tupelocafe groups and a few other groups. And for about a year or more we are plagued by one person, Janet Posey. She is a lady who lives in Saltillo Mississippi. And in my opinion is an internet scam. Here are some things from the internet that has been credited to Janet.
Janet Posey who's a mom of 4 kids, needs urgent assistance for her and
her kids such as clothes and furniture. She has a 12 year old, a 9
year old, a baby of 13 months and a 9 week old infant. Janet needs
baby clothes, children's clothes & children's furniture ASAP.
If you can help, please email Janet (avon1510janet@yahoo.com) or if
you can't get through to Janet with your offer of help, please call
the KatrinaHelp team on +15042081564 with your offers of kind
assistance, leave us a voice mail message if our line is busy.
Alternatively you can send an email to the KatrinaHelp team
(katrinahelp.info@gmail.com) with the subject title as 'Help for
Janet Posey'.
As you know people in Northeast Mississippi was not wiped out from Katrina, but what makes this really odd is the fact she has two children only! Here is another example of what she has posted on the web:

So we look deeper here is her profile wanting to ADOPT children some say it is a stolen profile so BEWARE!
Our Birth mother letter to you: We can only begin to imagine the stress of everything you must be feeling right now and we hope and pray that you are doing well during this very special time. We just want you to know how truly grateful we are that you may be considering giving such a wonderful, unique and precious gift to an adoptive family. Since you asked for a short paragraph I will try to keep this as brief as possible and still be able to give you some important info about us. But if you would like any more information about us, please donÂ’t hesitate to let me know or call or email anytime. James and I have been married almost four years, but have known each other for 6 years. We are not able to have children of our own , but we have always known that we wanted children in our life and and it didnÂ’t matter to us how our family was created. We just want the chance to be good parents, so we are hoping for an adoption to make our dream of being parents and a family come true. Us James is 31 and works in his own shop as a Macanic been in business for his self. He has been in this position for 10 years. James is going to be the world's greatest dad. He has the patience of a saint and is such a kind, loving man. My heart melts whenever I catch him looking at child and I see that sparkle in his eye. I cannot imagine a better husband or father. (written by Janet) Janet is 31 and she works for the Mississippi Home Health , helping to Provide care for the elderly as a occupational Certified nurse aid, which she has done for the past three years. Janet is the most loving and compassionate person I know and she is awesome with children. She has a natural maternal instinct about her and she takes really good care of everyone. I know she will make a wonderful mom. (written by James) Hobbies and Interests We have lots of hobbies and interests. We love spending time with our pets; we have Four dogs and One cat. We also enjoy spending time at the theater, Parks and going to the mountains and Swimming and boating. Our favorite shared pastime is traveling because we get to experience and learn new things. James also loves to Play Basket ball where he has played for a local church team for about 10 years and have won several trophys for his outstanding ball playing. He also loves Building race cars and listening to music. Our Home Before James and I got married He bought a beautiful house in anticipation of raising a family. We felt it was important to have a home where our kids could play freely and safely. Our house is in a great neighborhood in Northern Mississippi with lots of walking trails, parks and playgrounds. We also have a great big yard. The house is in a suburban area, but within a Twenty minute drive to the city. So we are close to theater, but also close to nature, parks, and camping. We chose this area because we wanted to raise children in a place where they could have a great balance of different experiences while growing up. We also live near a lot of our friends and family who will help us provide a solid support system for our family. There are also some awesome schools in the area and lots of other kids in our neighborhood. Why Would We Be Good Parents? We know you only want the best for your baby and you want them to have the best parents possible. So, why do we think we would make great parents? The most important thing is that we love children and cannot imagine a life without them. We have been blessed with a marriage that is filled with love and is very strong and stable. We would like to provide our unconditional love, nurturing, and support to a child. We are both also very open, kind, loving, affectionate, and patient people. We also have experience with children. We have 3 nephews and 5 niece"s. We love Spending time with them.We have two children now that loves having sleepovers, They are Ashley she is 13 and can not wait to be a big sister and we have Hannah and she is almost 10, they are both bright, smart all around good kids. Some of our fondest memories are of doing special things with our girls have been and watching them grow. That is why I think my husband James and I would be great loving parents we love family times and get togethers of our own so much it would be so nice to have a little one to add to all this fun times. We have so many hopes and dreams that we want to make come true for our children and we want to share them with you. We will guide them, support them, and love them no matter what path they choose in life. We would provide a child with a loving, stable home to grow up in where they are always surrounded by family, love and warmth. As they grow we will do whatever we can to foster their sense of self-worth and boost their confidence. We would teach a child about the benefits of a good education and then provide that for them if they choose. We will share our love for the outdoors, travel and take many family vacations to help create wonderful childhood memories. But our job wouldn't be done there. Even once our child is grown and is on their own we will continue to love and support them and their family all throughout their life. We can only imagine how tough it must be to make this decision for you and your baby. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time. We wish there was a way someone could make it easier for you. Just know that from the bottom of our hearts we wish only the best for you and your baby, regardless of your decision. With Hope and Compassion, James, Janet, Ashley & Hannah May God Bless
