All I can say is... It's about time! This is sorely needed at both areas discussed in the article! I suspect that not only will this help with traffic congestion, but could very well help with redcuing some accidents as well.

It would be nice if they also installed cameras at the lights to stop turns on red and enforce the red lights. It's starting to get as bad as Memphis, three cars turning left on red. The radio controlled lights might help with this as well.

check up on who is supposed to be the seller here and look at how they are to be compensated....
A percentage of the fines collected?
That may be a problem as the money collected on fines generally go to the general fund.
Now someone would have the opportunity to put thier hand in the till, so to speak, and creates ALOT of potential for abuse and outright fraud or stealing!
