Crimson: "But what of U-haul's and other rental modes of transportation? They goung to write tickets to the companies who own them?"
crow: From what I understand, from one of Tupelo's City Council, there will be exceptions.

The news has reported that there is to be no charge as in someone selling something and someone else buying it. The folks doing the deal would be paid a percentage of the fines collected..... Now that may be a problem!

We've already got cameras just about everywhere. Ever look at the top edge of the Wal-mart buildings? There's a whole slew of camera's there to 'monitor the parking lot'. LOL! Those cameras look like machine guns glaring down on us. I feel paranoid just getting out of my car. LOL!

I don't know if they are doing any good but...when I was working at Walmart, I don't know how many cars got broken into, how many hit and run accidents there were, how many robberies and attempted robberies, how many attempted kidnappings there were, shootings the list goes on and on. The cameras won't stop it, but they can help find the crooks. If they can link a video with an eyewitness, they might catch someone. I still don't like traffic cameras, though.
