I am sorry let me say one for thing, www.babycrowd.com is a Fourm where any one can post as who ever and there is no moderators and the boards that she furnished you above please look who the owner is and look into that.....Thank you

Guess what everybody....the guy posting as joey is actually Janet Posey.......I've seen it all so many times before. As soon as she is accused, she creates a new persona to come to her own defence.
Joey refers to surrogate mothers in an earlier post as "surros"...what guy who works in a mechanics workshop would know that that is a commonly used term unless they'd been hanging around the forums. Also how would "he" know all about Babycrowd Forum and in particular the fact that it is unmoderated when it is not written anywhere. Janet is very aware that it is unmoderated and that is one of her more used playgrounds because there is no-one to kick her off unlike the 10 or so other groups that I know she been booted off for misrepresentation.
There are many signs "joey" is not legitimate and I will personally bet money that this is the infamous and sleazy Janet Posey. And let this be an illustration to you all of the lengths this woman will go to.
Why don't we just ring the workshop and speak to "joey"?

Another thing...Janet says in her profile that she is employed by MS home Health as a nurses aide. Knowing what we know and what lows she would stoop to, is this someone you would like in any aged persons home?
I personally have serious concerns!

Thanks Joey, you have made our point. Janet wasn't in Waveland during Katrina. She was in Saltillo asking for things and saying she was getting a baby. We know where she was. Also thanks for confirming that she lied to the Katrina people about the number of children she had and their ages. We are so glad you came on here to confirm what we already knew. Thank You.

P.S. I too have my doubts about Joey, just coincidentally finding this board and being someone that works with James. Also he wouldn't know so much about Baby Crowd unless he has been lurking there like Janet does. You only find out about the moderators, etc from reading all the posts. Funny how he showed up here after this forum was posted on baby crowd.

either this "janet" (or whatever her real name) has gone through a lot of trouble to scam people out of money... or someone has gone through a lot of trouble to set this "janet" person up.

1. what IP was used to create that page (does it match janet's?)
2. what IP did those comments come from? where they really all different people that got "scammed",,, or a couple of people trashing janet b/c they don't like her?

If you google her name you will see what comes up from so many different people and sources - that many people can't be wrong. If you want more hard facts I suggest contacting Kelly from The Cruelest Con who has been collecting data on Janet for a while.

I too had dealings with Janet.
As far as I am concerned she did the unspeakable in the adoption world.
She came to me in order to find out about an expectant mom who she stated wanted to place a baby with her. She was thinking she was being scammed so after conversations with her on the phone and emails I started working the case. Come to find out, it was Janet doing the scamming. The expectant mother she was talking to was real and she was pregnant and was looking at placing her baby, but it was Janet who wanted to put James name on the baby's birth certificate so they could skirt the money issue, and because they do not have a homestudy and cannot be approved for a homestudy according to the state of MS.
For those of you who do not know what a homestudy is, it is a lengthy process where the prospective adoptive parents are accessed. They go through home inspections, criminal background checks, sometime physicals, etc.....You NEED a h/s in order to have a baby placed in your home.

After dealing with Janet and she admitted to me who she really was, as she came to me saying her name was Fran and she was from florida.

The most horrible part of all of this was her stalking the expectant mom and her mother. She harassed her, tried to turn people against her, told lies and Janet even went so far as to send the police to this gals home not once but twice. She had this gal extremely frightened.

Janet stays one step ahead of the law. And in the state of MS there is a law on the books in regards to fraud on the internet. Now if the proper authorities would just step up to the plate ............

I too believe this person who states he is working with James is not really who he says he is. In all of the research I have done on Janet, this follows her MO to a tee.

I was told by Mr Johnson that if a baby was placed in Janets home they would remove the baby. WIth that, I can sleep at night.
