According to WTVA, Hall's attorney is expecting Hall to be indicted within a few days and has called for everyone to withold judgement until the judicial process has run its course. This includes making any decisions regarding Hall's job.

Should an indicted police officer be automatically suspended until after the trial? I think yes.

i'm guessing one of two things will happen. hall will be cleared and get promoted back to (major wasn't it?) or hall will face more serious trouble and be out of a job with the TPD.

it's likely gonna be "all or nothing" for hall now. this may have been better or (for hall) to have let it die.
