What all different faiths do we have here?Let's all share a little of what our faith is.I will start by saying I was raised as a Baptist. As I got older I began to realize that there are many different"religions".Most of them have God at their root so maybe we aren't as different as we think we are.

I was raised Southern Baptist on the east side of the tracks in Tupelo. Now, I find myself on the West Side liking a United Methodist Church. Go figga! TFADMIN

interesting question packrat.
I was raised Church of Christ, then married a Baptist man many, many years ago and attended church with him for years. Hard to leave my old teachings and beliefs behind, I now attend a non-demoniational christian church and love it. Their motto is "we are not the only christians.....we are christians only." So in answer to your questin, I am just a christian.

I was raised in a backwoods Christian church. I would explain it as Church of Christ only with music. When my parents divorced my dad quit going to church and my mother went to a southern baptist so I went with her. Now I go to First Evangelical Church and I love it. There are so many different religious backgrounds and a diversity of people. I love the Praise and the teachings.

I love hearing a Church of Christ congregation singing acapella. It is so beautiful and moving.

I haven't been to a church of christ in ohhh probably 20 years , but have a lot of family that still goes. Their music is pretty, but takes a lot of getting used to.

Yeah...I went with a buddy of mine and I swear they won't even let you in with a pitch pipe! And I need one to get anywhere near on key to sing! Just kidding folks. TFADMIN

Raised basically non-religious. Sent ( on occasion ) by my family with whatever family friend might be going to church- Catholic, Methodist, and maybe someothers. But rarely attended any church until high school, when I was sent ( due to family having to change location about every 6 months ) to a boarding school that was non denominational Christian with required Bible study classes as part of the curriculem, as well as church required every Sunday. After graduation, rejected all Christian religion for about 15 or 20 years, never darkening the door of a church. Hated Bible thumpers and all of the other "hypocrits" who went to church all of the time. Somehow was led to study of Bible prophecy and all of a sudden came to believe the Bible was the true word of God, rather than just the opinions of men. Came to love Jesus and His Holy Word, repented, born again! I ended up choosing Southern Baptist ( after much agonizing over the various denoms ) as being closest to what I already understood the Bible to say at that time, though I didn't agree with them 100% on everything, and still don't. Baptized into a local SB church, in a local pond, at age 43, age 56 now. Is that a round about enough journey for yall?

I was raised in Assembly of God church from a early age and have attended Baptist and Methodist churches. The main belief i have is that Jesus died for our sins so we could be forgiven.

No offense to anyone here but I have visited several denominations and I can't hear them singing over those instruments. They're just TOO loud.. I can't hear the words. Keep in mind that I am speaking only of the ones that I have visited.
