3 months ago, not only did a meet an amazing person... she introduced me to an amazing new food and place to eat.


with my lack of "culture"... when we headed to a sushi bar, i was kinda expecting some raw fish filets sitting on a plate. WRONG.

different kinds of fish are wrapped with rice, veggies, etc into "rolls".

waitresses are always nice at Sho Guns. the food is always VERY good.

we've gone about 10 times to this place and have only had one bad experience. they were very busy and our order got lost in the mix for a while. it took about 1 1/2 hours to get our food.
i seem to have that kinda luck at times, so no big deal. it's not the norm for sho guns, so i won't gig them badly for it.

i suggest the tupelo roll, jack's roll, and/or hayashi (sp?) roll. definitely order a roll with eel sauce.

I love Shogun! It is the best place to eat period... I really enjoy taking my boyfriend there after he talks about sushi all day long. It makes him very happy. ;D
