So my wife and I, with our LiL'GirL in tow meet up with BSIGrim and his BetterHalf at Santa Fe. I had a ribeye steak sandwich, fries, and the Texas Stix as an Appetizer. The Ribeye was cooked perfectly, and the Texas Stix (Fried onion and jalapenos) was seasoned just right.Final Word:
I notice they have a 37oz Steak challenge. Looks like fun. When you go, check out the BAF (BIG ASS FAN)! It spins just over the bar.....it's HUMONGOUS!!
Overall, I am very pleased with my first visit to Santa Fe. First impressions are this is a great place to eat and the bar area looks extremely promising! It's clean, and looks to have a lot of open area so people can move in and out easily.
Santa Fe looks like they took the best ideas from Logan's, Colton's, Outback, and other great Steak Places and correctly implemented them into one wonderfully cohesive business.
