Me & BSIBetterhalf took a day off to go to Geyser Falls Water Theme Park in Choctaw,MS ( Philadelphia Mississippi). Needless to say I did not entirely have fun, from the $60 fee to get in for two people, to the $15 rfental for locker, & the $5 rental for a float. The lines were long for the slides & after being there less than two hours it started to thunder & RAIN! So we had to get out, after I LOST my glasses under a waterfall! They had a sign that said something about issueing you another pass for the next day if it was closed due to bad weather & you had been in the park less than 4 hours. The kid at the gate told us when we asked about that, that the "rides, slides , & other water themes were closed BUT that the park was still open!" That was so much BULLpooh! $80 dollars for less than 2 hours so called FUN! Man the indians (native americans for the sensitive) have really came up with a neat scam!! Maybe I need to start a water park here on my dad's land & put some signs up like they did, & then put some smooth people at the window to rob people, like they do in Choctaw Land!

You know you could have bought the whole place for a few shiny beads, right?
Hey, it worked with Manhattan Island... ;D
When we rented our locker, the most important things to go in it were our glasses. I only donated a couple of dollars in pocket change to "The River of Dunking" myself..

Yeah, I agree 'Geyser Falls' was a rip off. And, I also had a sore butt for several days. That water slide that I rode is not for 30-year-olds. It was a slide you rode without a mat or pad & then you hit the water with such force, you're bound to have a sore butt. Next time, I want to go to Vision Land. At least, that's what I think the name of it is. They advertise it on the radio. BSIBetterHalf

Hello, newbie here. I have to agree with you 100% Geyser Falls is a rip-off. From the advertisements you would think they have so much more than what they do for the price. But then again, I guess they have to have SOME way to pay the three-hundred or so high-schoolers standing around with whistles and baywatch egos who incessantly bark orders of not to go here or there, or keep moving, or get out of the way, or don't do that or do this. I had to control my urge to grab one of these skinny kids and throttle him. I guess it's true we don't have too many such places around here to patronize, but it just seems like for the money they could do so much better!! (I still miss Grady's though lol)
