Well, I can tell you some HORROR storys about eating here. But for once, I have had a GOOD experience!! Me & BSIBetterHalf, went out Friday night to eat at Logan's. We had a decent wait time, 25 minutes. What impressed us was the S E R V I C E. Our waiter was right there at our table when we were ready to order, got us our drinks in a very timely matter, also made sure we had plenty to drink the WHOLE time! Brought us rolls to eat & even brought us more when we were finished. Got our order right, even my odd request to replace the salad with apples. My steak was actually cooked right (my main complaint has always been THAT) & my wifes chicken was cooked perfect. We had A+ service & very good food for once. Our waiters name was Dustin & the manager on at the time was Eric. We asked for the manager & told him of Dustins excellent service. We also told them we were reconsidering our thoughts about the place, after our experience. We both recommend you eating there, just ask to be seated in Dustin's service area. We plan on asking for the guy, next time we go there.

The last couple of times we ate at Logan's have been good. Usually the sirloins are fatty as ribeyes, but they must have a better meat cutter now. We had a year of Service Limbo, it didn't matter where we were, we got either bad food or poor service. Now we're just getting messed over at the drivethroughs..
My Mama is taking me to Logan's for my birthday for lunch tomorrow, or at least I'm taking her, but she's paying for it. I'll have to return the favor at the end of the month for her's. I'll post if my bad luck has returned or not..

It was good today, it was good the last three times. It was terrible for a while, we went a couple of times about a year ago and stopped going for a while because of it. Restaurants have cycles of bad service, we just caught them on the bad side for a while. Now they've got their stuff taken care of. The server was very attentive, she made sure I had sweet tea and Mama had unsweetened so she wouldn't get it wrong. The food got their really quick, actually too quick. I think everybody is going to Olive Garden and slowing business down for everybody else, improving service as a result. The last time we went to Ruby Tuesday's was a disaster. Even management was apathetic, he spent a half hour making up excuses and belittling our complaints. I love their salad bar, but I'll make my own before I go there while he's there.

The hamburger and homemade chips are delicious. At lunchtime you get it in about 5 minutes - and it's not expensive (at lunch). I've never had a problem with their service.

I think I'm really just getting burned out on Logan's and O'Charley's and steak and potatoes. They became "the" place to go on family outings and stuff. My parents invite me there but only there.
I hope I don't get tired of the Olive Garden, I love their salad and tiramisu...

Well, me & BSIBetterHalf went to Logans last night, once again we had great service. The only complaint was the wait time, we were told 25 min when it became 40min. Our waitress, Kristina was great. She made sure we had plenty to drink & also made sure our food was prepared corectly. She was the perfect waitress. During our meal we even had a chance to talk to their Regional Manager who was visiting the store. He was very friendly & nice. We informed him of our excellent service & food, from todays service & the last time we were there. All in all, Logan's seems to be getting a LOT better in service & food. I would highly recommend them. Be sure to ask for Derick or Kristina.
