My hubby and I went to eat there for the first time last year. We haven't been back since. It was lunch time and very crowded but they had a table for us. We ordered an artichoke-spinach dip for appetizer with chips. It was very good and I was pleased. We ordered some sandwich wraps. I ordered a hamburger wrap. We waited and waited and finally after an hour, I asked our waitress who never looked at us twice when our food was going to be ready. She finally sauntered back to the kitchen, came out 10 minutes or so later and told us it will be soon. My husband got his but I still had to wait. Finally, they brought my hamburger wrap out. I bit into it and the entire inside was red. I am not kidding when I say it was RAW inside and brown outside. I spit it out and told the waitress that I cannot eat this. Since hubby was done eating, I told her to just take the wrap off of my check and I'm outta here. She sent the manager to see me. I must say, the manager was nice and offered to give me a new, fully cooked wrap. I declined because I was horrified to have raw hamburger in my mouth and didn't even want to see it. But he insisted and hubby, who never turns down free food, said we'd take it.

I've heard other people complain about something wrong at Ruby Tuesdays and I chose not to ever go there. I've had a simular experience at O'Charleys. They took my plate, cooked the food some more and brought it back. I wouldn't eat it then. All the appetizers are good, and that's usually all I order. mercyme!
