HELP NEEDED!

I'm looking for a Global Moderator or GM for short. The following will outline the overall duties of the GM:

• Resolving member and or moderator issues including but not limited to personal attacks, flames, general forum rules violations.
  
  
• General Forum Maintenance like moving threads to different boards, locking threads that are off topic, etc.
  
  
• Spend at least 1 to 2 hours per day total checking the forum and answering IM's and Email.
  

I would prefer to have someone with experience in moderating a forum, but would consider someone if they fit all the criteria, with no experience.

I'm looking for someone who can be impartial, and can objectively assess a situation and make a decision that would be in the best interest of our community forum and it's members in total.

The GM would essentially run the forum, and would be able to Warn, Ban, or put members in Time-Out.

I think Granny would make a good one. also one of our members that goes by the name of ar15. He has been a mod on a number of boards and I know woild do a great job I will send you his E-mail as soon as i get it, but you should already have it.
