www.djournal.com/pages/story.asp?ID=229935&pub=1&div=NewsIt seems the Grnad Jury indicted Robert Hall on two felony accounts. He turned himself in at Lee SO and was released on his own recognizance. For those that know Robert, I mean personally, know he is a good cop, and has been a strong leader in the TPD. It is my opinion that Robert made a serious mistake. A mistake that is going to cost him BIG TIME. I am sure Robert had the best intentions in his actions; unfortunately, it would appear they were the wrong actions. They Jury will decide if his actions were illegal or not and if any punishment is called for. Regardless of the outcome, I fear his career in LE is over. TF

Yes, I bet Robert wishes he had never heard of friends, before this is over. I'm sure he has totally lost his job. I wish him the best, but if he gets out of this, I bet he looks for new neighbors.

I know I'll get a smack for posting this but when "James" Posey writes "we are behind you" does he mean they are following him to jail?? Consider both of you smacked. I was talking about if he didn't get a felony, then he would need to move to another county if he wanted to be an officer! |
