Well, Mi Toro in Booneville seems to be pretty clean. I've been in several times, and from what I can tell, the kitchen looked spotless. My wife is from Booneville so we have lots of family there and I've heard some really, really bad things about that place. If I'm not mistaken it was closed for a while this summer. I've only eaten there once and it was nasty, nasty, nasty. The flies kept dragging the burrito out of my hands. But that was about three years ago so maybe its under new management now or something...

King Rat, in answer to your earlier question, the local restaurant that failed was Las Margaritas on Industrial Road. Apparently they corrected the violation for the next visit, but now I'm worried about recycled chips and salsa...ugh.

I love the one out behind Logan's, though.
