Ok! It's my turn to post... "And" thanks all you folks that sent me the info on this forum' encouraging me to jump in and post... I would certainly be more than happy to throw in my two cents here!

Ya'all know... For a Scam Artist, Janet really ain't nothing to bright... Did she not realize, some of us are a little bit smarter than the average mud-puddle? -- She's not even smart enough to plead insanity, but I'll betcha she's taking notes right now; hmmm.

And -- Joey -- if your not Janet, you better have a REAL GOOD explanation as to how you know James & Pam, and ya better get your story REALLY STRAIGHT because Oddly Enough -- They Have No Clue Who You Are.... Yet you post things about their family, for which you got totally off true base with... I would guess, since your brave enough to think you know so much about them -- then it's stalking at the very least...

I personally know Pam and James; and you slander them in such a way that; Hmmm, only Janet would... How odd is that? We're talking -- winning the lotto' as a better chance---

Hey Folks, ever though of all meeting in Tupelo and signing a civil complaint against her and taking it directly to the DA for a civil warrant? -- It's not done to often, but it does get the job done and the horses ass slung up in a concrete cell, even if only temporary -- but it puts a bug in the ear of the state as well...

I'm personally tired of watching her get away with this Bull Sh*t and since the FEDS are taking their time and the County is still reluctant to do anything --- let's as citizens, make a visit to the DA and ask for a civil arrest warrant.

You know I feel very sorry for her daughters......she continually posts all over the internet how she can't have children, wants to be a mother, will never know the feeling of having a baby, holding a baby in her arms etc etc and she has 2 daughters already. Those poor kids are never mentioned. She spends all of her time trawling the net for unsuspecting victims and who is looking after her kids? What sort of life do they have...maybe someone should check on them or at the very least get the Department involved to look out for their welfare.

Funnily enough she then shows up posting a webpage with lots of baby items for boys and girls and nursery equipment that she is selling.

If she was genuinely trying to help "Joann" out don't you think she would have had enough surplus stuff herself in order to help out this defenceless woman?
She is preying on society and is a scammer of the worst kind. She has no morals whatsoever!

OK... I've let this go on long enough. Either we stick to the topic and more particularly FACTS, or I shut it down. Making accusations is one thing IF you can back up that accusation with something tangible. How do you know such and such is NOT tangible. I am reluctant to close this thread purely because the factual information posted here will be invaluable to the local and federal authorities, and it seems there is more out there.

I am going to give this warning but once as it pertains to this thread, post your thoughts, opinions, and more importantly FACTS, following the forum rules, or I begin taking swift, decisive, corrective measures.

I know alot of you are new and want to participate and I certainly want that encouraged, and when issues like this come up, it often means there are a lot of people hurt and/or close to the issue at hand. Debate and discuss please, but keep it on the straight and narrow.

One more thing, it's not in the rules, but is a personal gripe of mine and some of the other regular's here, let's all agree to stop OPENLY accusing a member of being someone else. Most people who come to this board and other's has more than one persona they use. That is life, that is the Internet. If that bothers you, go play solitaire, or better yet, shut the computer off and read a book. People misrepresent themselves all the time on the Internet. That does not make them a bad person, they are a product of what millions have done before them; however, if that person, is breaking local, state or federal laws while misrepresenting themselves, that is a completely different ballgame.

Some of the information shows this may, in fact, be the case regarding the person in question. We are not gonna hold court here. The word is out, and it is incumbent upon us to clearly gather the information and turn it over to the proper authorities. My understanding is that this has happened at least once, and nothing happened. It's going to happen again, and it will keep happening until something is done. As long as this lady keeps her charade going eventually she will be caught. I've personally seen this happen, and when it does, everyone here can smile and say "Hey, I had a part in that."

Okay, I believe everyone gets the ideal that everyone who has had any dealings with Janet has some strong ideals on the matter. There is a lot that isn't posted on here. Parts of it is repeated and part of it can not be copied without some permission from the other parties involved. I am working on getting them to post. It would be better to hear it from them. I don't know if a civil complaint would be used. She has conned people for a long time. As we were told she has even made police reports, of course she was the one telling it. So I don't know if she recieved threatening phone calls or not. But when you give your telephone and cell phone number out to the whole net you have to expect some goonies to call.

Hello I am very sorry for all but Baby's are a Blessing and the reason I say this is because I want to be a mom I am 31 and I do not think I will ever be a mom, I was medically not ablet o have one and we have been trying to Private Adopt for 5 years and nothing so I am alot more scared its a long time but never going to hear a baby cry is sad. My husband of 13 years and I are looking to adopt a baby girl. We started our family but are unable to finish due to blocked fallopian tubes. I just lost a baby in December because it was an ectopic.
