Was she ever sentenced or sent to jail?? Remember she was the Tupelo PD officers wife that was arrested for embezzlement.

Would she not be in the custody of MDOC even though she is staying in Pontotoc? She is not listed on the MDOC web site. Just wonder if she is getting special treatment? Oh well, not really any of my busisness just something I was wondering about.

I don't know if she is in Pontotoc. I'll ask though. She isn't in MDOC for any prison time or in the parole part either. But I noticed that a lot of prisoners are not sent to Rankin to be processed. You can always email Lara Cole at MDOC, she can give you an update on her and tell you why she wasn't processed. From what I understand, a lot of prisoners are sentenced and then just sit in the county jails and never go anywhere. I don't know why they are not processed though.

they way I understand the process, you are not transferred anywhere if you have less than a year of time to serve. < 1 year is served in county jails > 1 year, transferred to prison.
