What is your favorite fried chicken? Church's, KC, Popeyes, Other, or homemade? If you like it homemade, what spices do you like the best? mercyme!

I love some good ole fried chicken, but as we get older the greasy fried foods hurts my hubby's tender belly, so my grandmother told me of a new way to do it and still enjoy the taste of fried without the grease.
Prepare the chicken just as you would if you were going to fry it, roll it in your flour mixture with whatever spices you prefer (I just use salt and pepper in a flour mixture) and bake it. The flour still makes a golden brown crust just as if it were fried and it is so yummmm, juicier than fried, the same taste and looks of fried and much healthier.

I love homemade fried chicken, fried in a skillet with some salt and some pepper to taste.
As for store-bought chicken, I like Dodge's fried chicken, especially when I get it with taters and pork gravy and a couple of egg rolls. I am going to try their deepfried corn on the cob one day, but I do like their plain corn on the cob.

homemade's my favorite but i can't talk no wimmens into coming over to cook for me. i do have a great recipe called "heroin chicken". it's a low carb recipe using parmesan cheese for breading. i may cook it tomorrow night.

Paprika is a good seasoning for chicken whether baked or fried. And you could use that spice as the name of one of your dances too, wittzo. ;D mercyme!

We pour Italian dressing over pork chops and chicken thighs. It's zesty. We tried to add Parmesan cheese to it one night and it was sort of nasty.
Tonight I did the pork chops and cream of mushroom thing.

i'm actually one that HATES parmesan cheese. but baked on chicken, it's pretty good. as far as the blue tights and dancing comment. fat guys shouldn't wear any tights and/or dance at all, period. i'm doing society a favor by doing neither.

You could be the D*ck to my Bruce.. I've loved Shake and Bake since childhood...Shake it you won't break it! ;D
