Mmmmm.
I just boiled me up some gizzards. It's a miracle what a little salt and pepper can do! My son was the only one who shared them with me...
My Daddy likes boiled chittlins' but I don't want my house to smell like that...

I have never tried chittlins' and don't think I want to, but gizzards, heart and liver, yuuuumm I could eat them all day long!!

One of my daughters love for someone (besides herself) to boil gizzards until tender drain roll them in egg batter with garlic and flour them and then deep fry. Hearts too. But chicken liver is out and I don't think any of us have ever tasted a chittlin.

I don't eat gizzards ot hearts, but I have tried them - and have never had chittlins, but I do like chicken liver, just the little tiny ones, not those huge ones people fish with, rolled in some flour and fried in sweet butter with little pieces of garlic, served over some butter rice - now thats good eatin!
