HEH! Wow momof3, that is a pretty cool idea. I think I can actually make that happen. I plan on doing some redesign to the toolbar anyway. Very cool idea!

Here's an early look at some of the forum topics. Everything is NOT finalized, but I thought I could give a little teaser. I have blacked out a few items for now, you know, triple ought double ninja top secret type stuff. Here ya go! and here's something many of you expressed interest in...... I know it's just a tease, and it's only the forum section, but I'm taking feedback as I go...so give it to me. BTW.... This is not all the forums, I'm leaving some as a surprise! TF |

Yeah...skinning is going to be tough and I am going to hold off because I have tons of scripts to get into place, not to mention the "FUN" project I am currently working on for the forum. I already know skins are going to be tough to implement with some of these scripts, but I'm just starting out, and it has been a fun learning exercise thus far. I just want to get everything in place, functional, and open the doors ASAP. All the fancy graphics will have to wait. One thing is for sure, there is room for a lot of customization by each user.

Boy did I screw up! I totally hosed the new site and I hadn't made a backup yet! I'm starting over...from scratch, but I think I have a handle on things now...>GRRRR!

Another quick update and preview: I got the site back up AND it has a totally kickbutt new look! I finished integrating the chat and shoutbox. Yes! This is cool because once you are a member both work with your member credentials automatically. No typing usernames and passwords for everything...it's all included from your initial login to the site! Here's a glimpse at what your member stats looks like. This shows up on the main page when you visit and are logged into the site! TF |
