Since our new site is completely different, I have implemented a points system. The following will give you an idea of how to earn points on the new site: You earn the most points by submitting news to the site and if it is published, you can get 50 points per published article. Now let's talk about points....err TF Bucks you have earned here. I need some feedback, should we start from scratch? or should I do some kind of trade, I'm thinking 2 for 1. Every 2 TF Bucks is worth 1 point at the new site. So if you have 500 TF Bucks here, I will give you 250 points to start with at the new site. Initially points, puts you into certain groups (I'll show you those later), and groups get certain access to parts of the site. At least that's the way I envision it. Let me hear what you think. TF |

It's possible, but I am planning a micro-economy for the new site, and it would work better if we did a trade (2 TF BUCKS for 1 point). As you can see, there are many ways to add points to your account on the new site.
Let me think on it, I might have to adjust some of the numbers on earning points on the new site, but technically I can make it work either way.

WOOHOO! Got something fun to show everyone...... That's right! We will have an ARCADE! Complete with tracking highscores and everything! I have about 50 games loaded thus far. We'll probably open with close to 100. You can comment on the game after you finish playing, and I'll check the comments, find the games that are not popular, and replace them as needed. And of course I'll add more as we go along. I'm currently trying to get points to work when playing in the arcade. It's not easy and may not be possible. Here's an idea I'm considering and would like to hear your thoughts about. I'm thinking of making the arcade a prize for reaching a certain level of points or posts or something. For example: You achieve 100 points, and the arcade opens up for you to play in. Something like that..... What do you think? TFADMIN |

I got the points system to work with the arcade. So when you get a High Score for any game, you get 3 points AND if you break into the Top 10 for the entire arcade, you get 4 points.

Also, the entire forum is YouTube enabled! But I opted NOT to do another Online Theater, since no one uses the one we have here, which means I no longer update it.
However, I have a board on the new site totally devoted to posting and commenting on YouTube videos.
