It's kinda like when the head of NOW said that ALL sex between a male and a female was rape. what context was that statement from? if the head of NOW was asked about prosecuting deb lefave vs prosecuting a male teacher sleeping with a child... i understand the answer. (although, it wasn't clearly clarified by the head of NOW). and rat... i gotta question for ya... will PM shortly. A couple of years ago the head of NOW (Kathy Ireland???) was on Hannity and Colmes. I don't recall the particular event they were discussing when she made the statement but Sean asked her point-blank to clarify it and she stood by her assertion that there was no such thing as consensual sex between a male and a female because the very act of penetration constitutes assault on a woman's body. Hannity has quoted that statement from her many times (almost to the point of running it into the ground) on his radio show.

I do agree PETA is just a little too cozy with animals for my taste. You are aware that using the words "animals" and "taste" in the same sentence violates everything PETA stands for aren't you? Being a rodent, and no doubt the king of rodents, I can honestly say that I have been photographed and videotaped multiple times over the years and not once did I feel exploited (except for one time when Mrs. Rat snapped a picture of me on the john). In fact, I have often felt flattered that someone would actually want my photograph. Not once has PETA asked my opinion on the subject. Given their latest scandal involving their own electronic snooping campaign, however, they may have intercepted some of my emails and already know that I oppose them.
