Screw that. Give them a raise. Cold is far better than warmth. When it's cold it's much easier to breath and you don't sweat. But then I'm from Michigan too so cold is natural for me. In the winter we tend to keep our house around 65-68 degrees.

I prefer the cold...there is only so much clothing you can take off, but you can always put on more!
