Saying he was "deeply sorry," Congressman Mark Foley (R-FL) resigned from Congress today, hours after ABC News questioned him about sexually explicit internet messages with current and former congressional pages under the age of 18.
The pages were male and said the congressman made repeated references to sexual organs.
No wonder our judicial system does little to protect our kids from sexual predators when the jackasses making our laws are sexual predators themselves.

No wonder our judicial system does little to protect our kids from sexual predators when the jackasses making our laws are sexual predators themselves. and not just the lawmakers rat... the law enforcement has problems also! if i recall... an ADA in oxford got in trouble for pr0n... although, he got time served and probation i believe. whatever the sentence was.. it was VERY light. also, more than one policeman has gotten in trouble for pr0n. seems like i heard a lee county deputy did a while back... not sure about that or the sentence. IF the lawmakers and law enforcement do it with light sentences... it sets a BAD example.

Another reason republicans are dangerous: Now that the election is over they are just rolling over and giving up. Someone ought to tell those bozos that they are still in charge until January and they need to get off their duffs and get what they can done. For example, they need to fund the border fence, make the tax cuts permanent, and confirm John Bolton's nomination to the UN. But, no, they throw up their hands and let the democrats run the show.

Hypothetically, what if those in washington are really of all the same mindset, taking opposite ends of an agreed goal. What if... they passed this border thingy, just to placate the people... yet they never intend on building the border fence...and blame it on the democrats? Oh and... what if....the people are kept in an uproar over issues that have already been decided upon by the elites of which way it will go...and while the people are in an uproar over that, other issues are in the making and being decided upon by the elites?
