why are SO MANY positions being ran unopposed?
mask and littlejohn will remain chancery judges as nobody ran against them. malski will become a chancery judge since nobody ran against him (what happened to shands???).
the 4th chancery post had 5 or 6 names, what made that position more attractive? (i'm pretty sure they all pay the same).
the circuit judges were pretty much the same. the three sitting judges ran unopposed. the 4th seat had 5 or 6 choices.
oh well... at least i got my chance to vote against griffen for chancery and pounds for circuit. unfortionately, i think both of those will win.
it makes little sense that a job as important as chancery and circuit judges would go unopposed... especially with all the complaints about the legal system.
