On October 6th a Chinese submarine tracked a USS battleship (USS Kittyhawk) on a routine deployment near Japan and surfaced within firing range before being detected by our forces. In other words, had they wanted to, the Chinese could have blown the Kittyhawk out of the water. The incident was described by Washington as "embarrassing".

For some time now the United States has been engaged in an aggressive military exchange program with China in an attempt to befriend the communist regime. But, like the economic exchange program, the flow of goods (in this case, information) is only one direction. And I bet you can guess which direction that is.

Chinese military officials are being allowed to sit in on US military exercises and are being allowed access to sensitive US military facilities all in the name of "improving relations". They, on the other hand, deny our military ANY access to their military exercises or facilities.

Why, people, do we do this crap? Why is our government intent on reducing our military might to the point that we are no longer safe? I really don't understand but it is happening. Of that there can be no doubt.

For the same reason as rutrow keeps pointing out that we will soon have expanded borders and a onetary unit that covers all of North America. One world government..oh the fun that is about to befall our world!

However, I am interested in this mainly because of biblical prophecy and the 10 Kings in Revelation 17.

Some time ago, about 11 years ago, I was looking up Cor Pulmonale (right sided heart failure) and its definition in entirety, on the internet. (I was researching for my job at the hospital) Well it pulled up COR and that was called the Club of Rome. Interesting. I had to stop and read. It is some sort of global think-tank and the website explained how the world has been divided into 10 regions and it gave out which countries were in which region. Who divided the world? I do not know since the website only talked of 56 people, a few from select countries around the world at that time attending the annual meetings. Since then, which countries within the regions has changed a little, but basically it is still the same. At that time, I knew that biblical prophecy told of the 10 kings, but I was rather surprized that this was to be done in my lifetime! AND they were currently and quietly working on this under our very noses!

I've always heard from the preachers that the European Common Market (at that time there were 10 countries in that block) was significant in biblical prophecy, but it did not make sense because the bible said that the whole world would be under rule of the antichrist, and not just a few countries. However, after reading the Club of Rome's website, it clicked. 10 regions = 10 kings. That is why I am quite sure that we are in the end times as prophesied in the Bible. Combine all of the political happenings of this, along with the fact that Israel has been in existence since 1949, (or is it 1948) and the words of Jesus telling us to watch and pray, and that when we begin to see these things happen to look up for our redemption draweth nigh.

So the formation of the American Union did not surprise me when I learned of it earlier this year. I am just amazed though that all of the European countries voted to be in it, that there was much public input, But over here, it is very quietly being formed without media attention and without the public input. Here in the supposedly most free country in the world. We are not as free as we think.

The UN will be the ruling body of the world and there will be one man over it all, perhaps a world presidente? Perhaps the Pope will be the false prophet? Once this American union comes to fruition, will they elect a presidente over this union? Europe has, so it would probably be good to keep a close eye on how they evolve concerning this. I do understand that some of the countries there are not happy with their new constitution that union has adopted. But now they cannot do anything about it. Some voices coming from there talk of deception. Will we have a new constitution here? Lots of questions. Their goal is no more soverign nations, borderless countries, straight down to the cities. No counties, just regions within regions. Remember that most of this will happen by deception. Life is interesting today as TF pointed out and I think that political things will be moving a lot faster now as their time frame is supposedly behind schedule and short now.

The new world order is talked about all overseas, all the time.
