The bookies are only giving a 2 point spread on he game

I'm not saying the fix was called in, but that sure was a strange game. Three of those penalties were Capital B...Capital S., and am I the only one that noticed that most of the players that were holding the Vince Lambardi Trophy were Steeler's player's before half-time?

Don't even get me started on Aaron Nevill complete butchering of the National Anthem or the absolutely dreadful Special Olympic Football downer they showed during the Pre-Game stuff. I mean this is supposed to be a celebration, and they showed that BEFORE THE GAME??!? Why must I watch a boy have a seizure and crap his pants before THE FOOTBALL GAME OF THE YEAR?

I'm not knockin the terrible circumstances those parents and kids are in, but why show that before a celebration?

And I think the biggest question on everyone's mind is "What happened to the Rolling Stones?" I know performing under those circumstances must be hell, but that was the worst excuse for a half-time show ever.

And 90% of the commercials STUNK! The only three I found funny and interesting was the two Ameriquest "Don't judge too quickly" particularly the doctor with the electric paddles, and the Fed Ex Caveman commercial. Those were all funny, the rest were bunk. Man, I feel like a scrooge...grrrrrr.

I was about 20 feet away from a 60" screen and 30 feet away from a 30" monitor showing the game, but I didn't pay that much attention to anything. I heard the 'Stones, but that's about it.

I saw them walk up on stage with their walkers. The opening defribulation with "Start me up! Clear!"

My wife watched only for the commercials and was sorely disappointed. Her favorite were the Budweiser commercials. Namely the one where the little horse stuck his head through the ring and acted like he was pulling the cart but the two grown horses were behind pushing it. My favorite were the 'don't judge too quickly' ones. That one of the woman trying to get to the plane's bathroom was kinda funny.

As for those calls... yeah, they were B-S. I won't argue. Especially that one where Roethlisberger scored the TD. I was cheering for the Steelers but even I could tell that wasn't a touch down.

I agree, the Superbowl was a big let down this year, from the commercials to the half time show. Maybe the Stones should have gotten drunk/wasted before hand, then maybe they would have sounded like they did when I was a teen. I thought the commercial about the sprint phone having theft device was cute, but other than that, they were normal commericals and nothing different than I see everyday. The national anthem, well we won't even go there. The officiating calls were total BS. I wanted Steelers to win, but not like that. The only people who "won" the rings this year were the refs.
