Is it me or are gas prices getting higher? TFADMIN Both! ;D I don't want to know what it costs to fill up the Wittmobile, I say "No" to receipts every time, but it's got to be up there. The 3 cent discount from Kroger and the nickel discount from Sam's is a drop in the bucket now. It will get worse, this is the cheapest it will be again. Anything "they" can do to help will be a temporary solution. We'll drain those Alaskan fields in no time and we'll be paying $3 a gallon.. The national average is $2.25, imagine what people pay at the ends of the average curve? We are in for some drastic times, they will only be able to produce so many alternate energy vehicles before we're slap out of crude. I hope they are able to adapt them for everyday use in time.

We are paying 2.28 a gallon here on an average. We have NO discounts and a lot of stations, who raise their prices it seems like daily.

Wooo! Since my wife's been doing a lot of traveling for her work, her boss gave her a gas card from Savings Oil.That takes care of her fuel..Maybe she can borrow my truck some... ;D She gets about 40 mpg, while I get 14... I think gas went down a little, Walmart has it for $2.20 before the discount.
